CMA Recruitment Group is working with a prestigious business based in Woolston, Hampshire, to help them recruit a Credit Controller on a full time basis although slightly reduced hours will also be considered.

This role will work within a team of 10 and report into the Finance Director.

What will the Credit Controller vacancy involve:

Identifying new debtors via the management system.
Maintain debtor account records and pursuing a 28 day credit control ‘cycle’.
Ensuring statements of account are sent to debtors weekly/monthly.
Deal with debtor queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Management of payment plans, ensuring they are paid on time and allocated correctly.
Liaising with third party debt collection agencies where required.

Suitable candidate for the Credit Controller vacancy:

Prior experience working within a similar role including strong interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with both B2B and B2C collection.
