CMA Recruitment Group is working with a prestigious business based in Woolston, Hampshire, to help them recruit a Credit Controller on a full time basis although slightly reduced hours will also be considered.This role will work within a team of 10 and report into the Finance Director. What will the Credit Controller vacancy involve:

  • Identifying new debtors via the management system.
  • Maintain debtor account records and pursuing a 28 day credit control ‘cycle’.
  • Ensuring statements of account are sent to debtors weekly/monthly.
  • Deal with debtor queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Management of payment plans, ensuring they are paid on time and allocated correctly.
  • Liaising with third party debt collection agencies where required. 

Suitable candidate for the Credit Controller vacancy:

  • Prior experience working within a similar role including strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with both B2B and B2C collection.
