CMA Recruitment Group is currently looking to recruit a Credit Controller on behalf of a well-established manufacturing firm based in Woolston, Hampshire, on a temporary basis. This is an initial 1-month role with the opportunity to become permanent. You will be responsible for managing manual processes, daily invoicing, and credit control, ensuring timely customer payments and effective cash recovery. If you are detail-oriented, have a knack for improving system processes, and have solid experience in credit control, we’d love to hear from you!

What will the Credit Controller role involve?

  • Check customer ratings and set up credit accounts
  • Setting up payment plans for clients
  • Produce credit reports for management
  • Managing debts of creditors and ensuring payments are made in a timely manner
  • Chasing overdue debtors via phone and email

Suitable Candidate for the Credit Control vacancy:

  • Confident when speaking to clients with good phone mannerisms
  • High attention to detail with good administrative abilities
  • Plenty of previous experience in a similar role
