Join our client's small finance team in North Baddesley as a Credit Controller. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Sage 200. If you are looking for a challenging yet rewarding career, we would love to hear from you. 

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage and collect debts from company debtors efficiently.
  • Ensure timely payments are made by following up with clients.
  • Process invoices and credit notes accurately.
  • Reconcile complex accounts to maintain financial order and transparency.
  • Handle queries related to invoices and payments promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit control activities.
  • This is a transactional role, and will require both email and phone communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Credit Controller.
  • Proficiency in Sage 200 is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent and confident communication and negotiation skills, capable of managing sensitive matters.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and be a team player.
