Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor looking for a rewarding opportunity in central Southampton? Your Role Will Include:
- Handling inbound calls from customers with professionalism and care
- Resolving customer queries and providing exceptional service
- Offering detailed information and quotations to meet customer needs
- Monitoring the team inbox and promptly responding to email inquiries
- Making follow-up calls to customers regarding their accounts
*Please note this is not a call centre role, it is working in a small customer service team within a busy office environment*
Who Were Looking For:
We are in search of candidates with previous customer service experience in an office setting. Ideal applicants will possess:
- An excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Good people skills with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
- A proactive attitude and a passion for helping customers
Additional Information:
- Working hours are from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday
- The schedule follows a two-week rotation
- The first two weeks are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, followed by two weeks from 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Salary ranges from 28,000 to 32,000, reflecting the city centre location where local parking costs between 8 and 10 per day. Most team members commute by car and park in the area.
