Customer Service Agent- April 2025 Start

Location: Southampton
Salary: 25,000 - 28,000
Employment Type: Full-time permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, between 8:00am - 8:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am - 5:00pm Friday. Currently, 1 Saturday per month (9:00am - 2:00pm) and bank holidays, depending on business need.

What You'll Do:

  • Communicate Effectively: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and SMS to support customers and third-party organisations.
