Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor looking for a rewarding opportunity in central Southampton? Rafferty Resourcing is excited to announce an immediate opening for a full-time, permanent position with a reputable business known for its low staff turnover and commitment to internal progression. Your Role Will Include:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers with professionalism and care
  • Resolving customer queries and providing exceptional service
  • Offering detailed information and quotations to meet customer needs
  • Monitoring the team inbox and promptly responding to email inquiries
  • Making follow-up calls to customers regarding their accounts

*Please note this is not a call centre role, it is working in a small customer service team within a busy office environment*

Who Were Looking For:

We are in search of candidates with previous customer service experience in an office setting. Ideal applicants will possess:

  • An excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
  • Good people skills with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for helping customers

Additional Information:

  • Working hours are from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday
  • The schedule follows a two-week rotation
  • The first two weeks are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, followed by two weeks from 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Salary ranges from £28,000 to £32,000, reflecting the city centre location where local parking costs between £8 and £10 per day. Most team members commute by car and park in the area.
  • 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Contributory Pension scheme (4.5% from Employee and 4.5% from Employer)
