We are seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join our clients based near Chandlers Ford on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent. This role is ideal for someone who is available to start in February and is looking to provide outstanding customer service in a vibrant, dynamic environment.
The role is full time and will involve a shift pattern which will include 1 in 4 weekends / evening shift pattern.Â
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to find solutions to customer issues.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
- Upsell and influence sales.
- Adapt to using various IT systems and tools to enhance customer support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Resilience and a customer-focused approach with an empathetic understanding of customer needs.
- Strong IT skills and the ability to learn and use new systems quickly and efficiently.
