Brook Street Recruitment is excited to be working with a leading organisation based in Southampton Central, located conveniently opposite the train station. We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their growing team and deliver exceptional service.


About the Role: As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting customers and third parties through digital channels, including email, WhatsApp, SMS, live chat, and social media. Your responsibilities will include assisting with loan applications, managing existing loan accounts, and providing personalised support to meet customer needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers through various digital platforms
  • Assist loan applicants by providing guidance and managing documentation
  • Manage and maintain existing loan accounts, resolving customer concerns
  • Provide tailored support for customers, including those in vulnerable situations

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week:

  • Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30, with at least one late shift per week until 18:00 (during the ongoing business hours pilot)
  • Friday: 08:30 - 17:00
  • Occasional Saturday and bank holiday support may be required as the business grows
