We are excited to announce an opportunity for Multilingual (German and/or Italian speaking) Customer Service Advisors to join our client's team. This role is crucial as they expand their business across the Europe. The successful candidate will speak to customers from Europe, assist in translating documents and communications and play a key role in establishing new sales.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Respond to customer enquiries through the ticketing system across multiple communication channels.
  • Ensure queries are resolved quickly and efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Adhere to standard processes for returns, exchanges, and other customer interactions to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Facilitate communication between our team and local staff during meetings and setup processes.
  • Make outreach calls with our team from the office, assisting in communication with European contacts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in multiple European languages, including but not limited to Italian and/or German.
  • Experience in translation and interpretation in a business context.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
