Part time, ideally 8.30am to 5pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, but possibility of small adjustments to this schedule. This is a maternity cover role for ca 1 year initially.

A successful international company based in Hedge End is recruiting a part time role. You will be working in a small but busy team, performing a variety of administration tasks, co-ordinating and supporting the Company’s executive customers by delivering high quality service.

The Role

This is an engaging and varied role for someone with a background in delivering excellent customer service and administrative support. Main duties will include:

  • Reacting to C-Level customers who have administrative requests
  • General administration - this could involve sending out new customer welcome packs, name badges for events and a whole range of other transactional admin tasks
  • Processing new and maintaining existing customer details on computerised systems
  • Preparing and arranging to send out letters, emails and other information on behalf of the Company
  • Completing on-boarding process of new customers via phone and email
  • Liaising with Senior Managers and dealing with their queries/requests
  • Answering email and telephone enquiries
  • Compiling data and preparing reports
  • Scanning and filing information

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a busy, complex customer service role as well as administration experience. We’re looking for someone enjoys working within a team and in a busy office environment. To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised and a strong communicator, you will display maturity and confidence as you will be speaking to senior level individuals. You will also possess good communication skills and the ability to work with a range of computer systems, including using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
