We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and enjoy helping customers, we want to hear from you!

Service Advisor - Job Overview: As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers within this Main Dealer, responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring their vehicle maintenance and repair needs are met. You will work closely with our technicians to accurately diagnose issues and recommend appropriate services.

Service Advisor - Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist with scheduling service appointments.
  • Listen to customer concerns and communicate them to the service technicians.
  • Provide detailed explanations of repairs and services to customers, including costs and time estimates.
  • Maintain and update customer records, including service history and contact information.
  • Coordinate with the parts department to ensure timely availability of necessary parts.
  • Keep customers informed of their vehicle's status and any additional recommended services.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Promote and sell additional services and products.

Service Advisor - Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in using computers and automotive service software.
  • Valid driver’s license.
