Job Opportunity
I have been contacted by a good client of mine in Southampton, who is looking for a great Service Advisor to join their team. This is a demanding, but rewarding role, and will suit a candidate who is currently in the role of Service Advisor, with at least 2 years’ experience in a Main Dealer setting. You will be a part of the current in-house front of house team, welcoming customers, booking in their vehicles, and making their journey memorable from start to finish for all the right reasons. Responsibilities
- Provide top levels of customer service to your customers
- Be organized and efficient in your duties
- Adhere to dealer and manufacturer standards
- Support your colleagues and work as part of the team
Qualifications
- Great customer service skills and telephone manner
- Computer literate and extremely organized
- Main Dealer Experience required
Salary and Benefits
- Basic Salary to £30k
- Generous Bonus Scheme circa £5k pa
- 8 - 6 M-F, 1 in 8 Sats 9 - 1
