Driver Hire Southampton presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced Class 1 ADR driver to join our client's team in the dynamic world of fuel deliveries!
In this vital role, you will tackle the essential task of cleaning out contaminated fuel using specialised hoses, ensuring safe and efficient disposal from tanks. You will also be responsible for refilling these tanks with fresh fuel, playing a crucial part in maintaining operations.
About this Class 1 ADR Driving role:
- Monday to Friday
- Delivering fuel to clients throughout the UK
- Ongoing work with the potential of a permanent position for the right candidate
- On average 10-12-hour day
- Cleaning out contaminated fuel and refilling tanks with fresh fuel
- Using hoses to move fuel
Requirements for this position:
- Full UK Class 1 driving licence
- Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
- ADR card (fuel)
- Attention to detail
- Minimum of 1 year driving experience on Class 1
- Previous experience in the fuel industry
- Outstanding understanding of health and safety
- Great communication and time management skills
