CRM & DATABASE EXECUTIVE - SOUTHAMPTON

Are you a skilled CRM & Database Executive who can contribute confidently to the support and daily running of a CRM team?

You will be working for a leading, Automotive company, who were voted in the Top 50 of automotive retailers in the UK, covering 20 brands across 54 franchises!

Additionally, you will be the primary point of contact for the marketing database and will be responsible for identifying ways to improve marketing systems & data management.

This is a permanent opportunity in Southampton, offering a salary ranging from £22,000-£25,000 and full training and support!

What does the role entail?

As an experienced CRM & Database Executive you will provide operational support to colleagues throughout the CRM and CCC (customer contact center).

  • Deal effectively & efficiently with CRM issues including customer complaints and resolution.
  • Contribute to and support the daily running of the CRM team alongside the CCC & Relationships Manager.
  • Keep the CRM team up to date with any operational changes which can impact the team and the business.
  • Contribute to management reports and people metrics on a monthly and weekly basis.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of Executive workshops along with the CCC & CRM Manager.
  • Oversee the integrity of the data by working with colleagues to ensure the data from the various systems, and associated business processes, are fit for purpose.
  • Implement new customer journey processes following a brief from HTML creation to campaign set up.
