NET Recruit are partnering with a financial services business, to search the market for a Collections Administrator in the Southampton area.Your Role:While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:
  • Entering valuable data from source formats into Excel documents
  • Loading instructions from SalesLogix collections platform
  • Retrieving and filing paperwork as required
  • Proactively answering the phone and screening calls, being ready to resolve any potential issues or queries if the need arises
  • Providing hands-on support to the collections teams with whatever they may require
  • Ad-hoc support on other duties as deemed necessary
You MUST Have:Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
  • Applicants should be educated to GCSE level and would ideally also hold a professional qualification, although this isn't essential
  • Good knowledge of accounts and wider credit control is expected
  • Applicants should have a strong administration background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fantastic IT proficiency - particularly with Microsoft Office and Sage or other accounting systems
Your Opportunity:With a strong team that is expanding, and recent growth opportunities becoming available after a large-scale acquisition, the company in question has experienced a fantastic few years and are looking to expand their team further. The position holder will be supporting the collections team and wider business to deliver an excellent service.  This company are offering a starting salary up to around £25,000 which will also accompany a peripheral package that will include a good holiday allocation and pension, as well as plenty of other rewards. For the position holder, excellent opportunities for development and progression will be on offer too.
