Stores Operative

Mayday Personnel is proud to be working with an established and friendly company based in Southampton, Hampshire who are looking to recruit a Stores Operative to join their friendly and dynamic team. This is a temporary to permanent position!

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and processing orders in a timely manner
• Packing and dispatching safety products
• Processing invoices and dispatch notes ensuring shipping details and recorded and delivered correctly
• Putting stock away correctly
• Quality checking orders prior to dispatch
• Some assembly and kitting duties when required

Key Skills:

• Recent stores/warehousing experience or similar within the last 12 months
• Good attention to detail
• Physically fit as there is heavy lifting required
• A good level of English is required due to must be able to read labels and shipping notes

Reward:

• 11.80 per hour

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:30
• Friday 07:30 - 16:00
