Digital Analyst (Power BI Reporting)

Location: Southampton, hybrid (2-3 days per week)

The Digital analyst will support day to day tasks alongside stakeholders with reporting and analytics. You'll be working alongside the digital marketing teams to ensure reporting and KPI metrics are being met across different business streams.
You'll also develop custom attribution models to help understand performance measurements.


Required skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (e.g. SEO, SEM, social media)
- Strong understanding of KPIs (e.g. CPA, ROAS, CLV, LTV)
- Background using large datasets, identifying trends and making decisions
- Building dashboards in Power BI
- Proficiency working with SQL (MySQL, BigQuery) and Python
