Sonic Summary

A Communal Cleaner is required to work in and around the local area with a team of workers.
The role involves sweeping, vacuuming, washing floors, walls, ceilings, doors, and other fixtures, as well as litter picking, graffiti removal, and carpet cleaning.
Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role and a full driver's license.
Knowledge of COSHH and cleaning chemicals, along with the ability to work using one's own initiative, is essential.
The salary for this position is competitive, and applicants should have at least one year of relevant experience.

Your day to day will include sweeping, vacuuming, washing floors, walls, ceilings, doors and other fixtures and fittings along with litter picking, graffiti removal and carpet cleaning.

Knowledge and understanding of the range of practical and technical issues relevant to the provision of carrying out communal cleaning.
Knowledge and skills in the use of chemicals and mechanical devices associated with cleaning operations.
