About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detailed Cleaner to join our team. This role would be for 3 mornings a week, must be good with dogs. The ideal candidate will be cleaning a private residence and offices in Curdridge, working in a yard environment. Be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming for clients and staff. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Due to the location, you will need your own transport.

Duties:

  • Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, private residence, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
  • Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to ensure a clean environment.
  • Dispose of waste and recycling responsibly.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and stored correctly.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.

About you:

  • Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Previous experience in a cleaning role (1 year preferred)
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to respond positively to client needs.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A valid driver's licence is essential.
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are crucial for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
