Title: CAD Designer
Location: Southampton
Salary: £30/35k
We are looking for a CAD Designer to join our established consultancy, which has a proven track record of delivering comprehensive noise and vibration solutions across various sectors. As a CAD Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and use your expertise to create detailed designs and plans. This role offers the chance to contribute to shaping environments and industries with innovative solutions while being an integral part of an organisation dedicated to excellence and innovation.
The CAD Designer position involves conducting site surveys, coordinating design activities with stakeholders, creating detailed manufacturing and installation drawings, generating general arrangement drawings, and participating in design meetings to ensure alignment with client requirements.
CAD Design Package:
- 25 days annual leave, with 3 additional days between Christmas and New Year

The CAD Designer role requires experience in the construction industry, particularly in HVAC, mechanical, or structural steelwork sectors. Additionally, expertise in 2D design work, AutoCAD, relevant software tools, strong communication skills, multitasking, time management, and understanding of best installation practices are essential. A full driver's licence and being local to the Southampton office are also required.
