Level 3 Nursery Nurse - Hedge End, Hampshire
We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join a successful pre-school based in Hedge End, Hampshire. This nursery has multiple sites across Southampton, providing opportunities for work at various locations.
Open to All Experience Levels: Applicants with a Level 2 qualification or those without formal qualifications but with relevant childcare experience are also encouraged to apply.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Level 3 qualification in Children’s Care, Learning, and Development (or equivalent)
- Strong experience working in nursery or childcare settings
- Familiarity with Montessori philosophy (preferred but not essential)
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Self-motivated, with the ability to use initiative
