As a Primary ECT, you will benefit from working within successful and growing schools local to Southampton who value professional development and collaboration. Each school we work with have supportive teams readily available for guidance to help you develop into a confident and effective educator on a supply basis.
We are looking for a Primary ECT's who:* Are passionate about inspiring young learners and making a real impact.* Are eager to develop their skills with support from experienced colleagues.* Can deliver engaging, inclusive, and creative pre-planned lessons tailored to all pupils.* Works well as part of a team and embraces opportunities for professional growth.
