Job Description:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience for students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting teachers with classroom preparation and management.
  • Supporting students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning.
  • Helping to maintain a safe and positive classroom environment.
  • Assisting with the implementation of lesson plans and educational activities.
  • Providing support to students with special educational needs.
  • Collaborating with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality educational experiences.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, adapting to their individual learning needs.
  • Assist in the assessment and tracking of student progress.
  • Help maintain an inclusive and respectful classroom atmosphere.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:
