I am currently recruiting on behalf of an 'Outstanding' SEN School in Southampton who are looking to appoint experienced Teaching Assistant's to work across their school on a full time basis.Being 'experienced' does not necessarily mean you have to have experience in an SEN school. You may have a background in care and feel you can transfer your skills to working in a school, perhaps you have a family member or friend that has Learning Difficulties and you feel your life experience lends itself well to working in this environment.
