I am currently recruiting on behalf of an 'Outstanding' SEN School in Southampton who are looking to appoint experienced Teaching Assistant's to work across their school on a full time basis.Being 'experienced' does not necessarily mean you have to have experience in an SEN school. You may have a background in care and feel you can transfer your skills to working in a school, perhaps you have a family member or friend that has Learning Difficulties and you feel your life experience lends itself well to working in this environment. This is a full-time, term-time contract so please only apply if you are available Monday to Friday between 8.15am - 3.30pm.Teaching Assistant - SEN School The school are looking for Teaching Assistants who are able to build positive relationships with the children in the school. You should be someone who can support, develop and encourage the children with their learning and play and act as a positive role model.The school caters for primary aged pupils with complex learning difficulties including autism, speech and language disorders and challenging behaviours. All pupils have an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
