Are you a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant seeking a new opportunity in Southampton?
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on children's educational journeys? We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team at a reputable primary school in Southampton as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant.
Responsibilities of the Level 3 Teaching Assistant:
- Teaching Assistant will assist in the planning and implementation of tailored learning programs
- Teaching Assistant will support small group activities, ensuring all students can actively participate
- Teaching Assistant will foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in a relevant field, such as Teaching Assistant or Early Childhood Education
- Proven experience supporting children in a primary school setting
- In-depth knowledge of various learning difficulties and strategies to address individual needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong rapport with students
- Ability to work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues and collaborating on student progress
- A commitment to promoting a safe and nurturing learning environment
