The Role: As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the leadership and management of our nursing home. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality care.
  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a large team of care staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative working environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure the nursing home meets all regulatory and statutory requirements, including CQC standards.
  • Resident Care: Maintain and enhance the quality of life for residents by ensuring their individual needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
  • Budget Management: Manage the home's budget effectively, ensuring financial sustainability while maintaining excellent care standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders, acting as an ambassador for the home.

About You:
