Salary (Permanent):34,300 - 49,920 per annum (DOE) + Overtime
Contract Rate:/ 25.50 (UMBRELLA)
Working Hours:4-day work week (Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM), overtime optional on Fridays (paid at a flat rate).

Role Overview
We are seeking 2x Electrical Engineersto join anelite team of 15 professionals. You will contribute to building luxury yachts, performing all aspects of electrical fitting including:
- Wiringsystems and components.
- Fitting engines, hydraulics, and other mechanical systems.
- Drilling, tapping, and assemblingto meet exacting standards.
This is a hands-on role within a small, close-knit team where attention to detail and teamwork are key.
Key Requirements
- Experience:Electrical bias with an appreciation of mechanical systems or know-how.
- Background:Industrial, manufacturing, or engineering experience (marine or boatbuilding background advantageous).
- Drawings:Familiarity with electrical engineering drawings, specifically AC/DC connectors and industrial systems.
- Attitude:A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Essential:Candidates from commercial/domestic electrician backgrounds will not be considered.
