We are currently seeking a professional Mobile Electrical Engineer who will undertake the planned and reactive maintenance at various client premises. The Electrical Engineer will be hardworking and committed to ensuring the highest standards are adhered to at all times. Be professional and readily interacting with our client / tenants as required.


The Mobile Electrical Engineer will undertake:


  • To undertake the Planned Maintenance of the Building Engineering Services, to ensure compliance with the specification, PPM, Schedules and Procedures.
  • To respond to emergency call-out request to ensure clients systems are not prejudiced and to maintain the continuity of operation as far as practical circumstance will allow.
  • To undertake the tasks in accordance with Apleona Technical Services Quality Assurance Systems and to be fully compliant with the Health and Safety Protocol.
  • To conduct the operation of the contract in a pro-active manner so as to minimise difficulties with the building environmental systems.
  • To ensure that all communication channels are utilised in order to keep both the client and the Company informed of relevant information.
  • To recognise the importance of energy management and operate the contract to benefit the long term interest of the customer.
  • To liaise with specialist sub-contractors and engineers with other disciplines to ensure the efficient operation of the plant / area without disruption to the client.


Skills & Experience:


  • Formal electrical qualifications such as NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • BS7671 18th Edition.
  • Electrical CompEx Ex01R Ex04R would be desirable, but not essential.
  • Knowledge and experience on maintaining Pumps/Motors/Control systems
  • Worked in the Petroleum industry would be an advantage
  • Full UK Driving Licence.


Well provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience of working in a similar environment.
