Resourcing Group is working with a maintenance contractor who work with a large, national retail company. The contractor specialises in carrying out a mixture of responsive repairs, including fault finding, breakdowns and repair work as well as completing daily scheduled PPM works. They work with in the retail sector and operate in live settings, responsible for maintaining the commercial premises, ensuring they remain compliant and do not incur any inefficiencies or down time.

This role is a mobile role, based mainly in Southampton, with a travel included in the surrounding areas, covering approximately 1 hr radius.

Essential Qualifications:

• NVQ or City and Guilds in Electrics and AM2
• 18th edition
• 2391
• Full UK Driving licence

The role is being offered on a full time and permanent basis, available as soon as the company finds the right person.

The contract provides a van, fuel card, good benefits including 25 days a year annual leave PLUS bank holidays. There is an on call rota and out of hours as well as overtime, also offering the opportunity to earn more money and to improve the salary substantially reaching closer to 50k pa.
