Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our client's team, covering properties across Southampton and the surrounding areas. In this role, you'll be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance and installation work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering excellent customer service to residents. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive team and make a real difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical repairs and installations in residential properties.
• Perform scheduled electrical inspections and testing to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues to identify the root cause and provide timely solutions.
• Work closely with our maintenance team and residents to ensure all jobs are completed efficiently and safely.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records of work completed.
• Respond to emergency electrical faults and repairs as required.
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the work environment at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with residents.

Skills & Experience:

• Full UK driving license (van and fuel provided).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations within electrical work.
