We are currently looking for an Electronics Design Engineer to join our small and dynamic team in Southampton. We are a company that supply RF and microwave components, systems and instrumentation for a wide range of industries within the UK and internationally. We specialise in Surface-mount components and assemblies and have an in-house design and manufacturing team that produce waveguide components and custom RF systems. We sell a unique system to end users, creating something that no-one else in the world does. We put major units into Royal Navy vessels across the UK as part of the Type 26 Frigate program.

The ideal candidate for this role would have the following:

Essentials:

  • Coding for FPGAs using Efinity
  • Whole product life-cycle experience
  • CAD (CadStar)
  • Simulation tools like Simulink and MatLab
  • PCB design experience
  • Low frequency electronics experience
  • SC Clearance (British Citizen)

Desirables

  • Full Valid UK Driving License
