We are a friendly, family-oriented company based in Southampton, looking for skilled engineers to join our service team covering the south of the UK.
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Fire & Security Engineer to carry out planned maintenance, servicing, and occasional small works on fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems. A salary of 28,000-34,000 (depending on experience) is offered, with potential earnings of 38,000+ including overtime.

Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
- Work on fire alarm systems such as Advanced, Kentec, EMS, and EDA.
- Use our service management software and mobile app to complete tasks.
- Conduct occasional small installations and system upgrades.
- Perform fault finding on both conventional and addressable systems.
- Handle emergency lighting maintenance.
- Work with Pyronix, Texecom, Galaxy, Paxton, Hikvision, Dahua, and Wisenet.

Requirements
- Proven experience in servicing and maintaining the systems listed.
- Full UK driving license (mandatory)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Working Hours
Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with on-call duties approximately 1 in 6 weeks.
