My client, a specialist UK based Engineering and Environmental Consultancy, is searching for an Assistant Hydrogeologist to join an expanding Water and Environmental Team based in Southampton.

It is essential that applicants have a strong academic background including a MSc and/or BSc in Hydrogeology and a keen interest in hydrogeology, water quality and hydrology.

Candidates are required to live near Southampton and have a driving licence.

You will join a supportive team based in the heart of Southampton and receive specialist training by an experienced team.

As an Assistant Hydrogeologist you will also be trained complete the following;

-Hydrogeological Impact Assessments.

-Water Quality Analysis.

-Water Framework Directive Assessments.

-GIS Mapping.

-Surveys.

-Interpret Flood Risk and Drainage Assessments.

Candidates will also be required to attend sites with support from experienced team members.
