Manufacturing Operative

Summary:

As a Manufacturing Operative, you will support various processes in line with the site Manufacturing Process Instructions. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of manufacturing tasks, ensuring compliance with business processes and procedures, SAP, and local inspection standard operating processes. Your role includes accurately performing required manufacturing processes in line with site quality procedures, controlling and processing all relevant manufacturing and quality documentation, and supporting perpetual inventory checks. You will ensure the completion of all product types through the required processes, maintain inventory accuracy and batch traceability, and liaise with support functions to ensure customer deliveries are maintained at all times. Training for the role will be provided, and you must be flexible to support various process operations, including cleanrooms and controlled working environments.

Skills:

  1. Computer literate with the ability to complete tasks accurately and precisely
  2. Neat and tidy work ethic in line with 5S principles
  3. Manual dexterity
  4. Ability to work as part of a small, closely-knit team
  5. Ability to work unsupervised to complete set tasks
  6. UK National willing to undertake security vetting to SC level
  7. Ability to review, follow, and carry out quality instructions
  8. Effective communication skills to liaise with support functions
  9. Flexibility to support multiple process operations
  10. Understanding of inventory accuracy and batch traceability
  11. Experience of working in a clean room would be advantageous
