The Administration Role

This will be a very hands on, varied admin role where you will be taking responsibility for:

  • Administrative support, hands on and through a team
  • Meet regularly with the Senior Leadership team to coordinate work flow
  • Update various spreadsheets
  • Assist with room bookings and some timetabling
  • The environment is Education, so admin across various functions including Support Student Services, Exams, MIS, Curriculum and other administrative functions

The Ideal Candidate

This is a busy environment and small team so you need strong administrative experience and confidence to supervise the work of others. Experience from within Education is not essential.

Additional information

Hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 4pm on Fridays. You can choose whether you work during school holidays.
