Finance Analyst

Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting a prestigious international business, based in Southampton, in their search for a Finance Business Partner on a 6 month contract basis.Key Responsibilities include:- Supply reliable, timely and accurate analysis of our financials to finance business partners and the wider business functions- Review financial results & support understanding of performance drivers and variances, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance and manage risk- Support the capital planning and forecasting process- Support other areas of the business performance agenda as required including Strategic Plans and Operating PlansKey Skills/Experience include:- Experience of a management reporting, planning or analytics function- A relevant accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)- Large company background- Business Partnering experience
