We are pleased to be partnered with an international business in their search for a qualified Financial Analyst to support one of their key operational teams.Â
The successful candidate will be eager to learn, analytical, and comfortable liaising with non-finance members of the team to communicate key financial information.Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, monitor, and evaluate expenditure on regular basis, focus on trending and reduction opportunities.
- Production of month end analysis and commentary for management reporting.
- Identification of financial drivers and key results.
- Produce 18-month forecasts on a quarterly basis.
- Drive annual budget cycle and analysis for management approval.
- Maintain financial control and reporting in line with group policies and procedures.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to discuss and implement cost-saving initiatives. Assist and facilitate advancement of reporting requirements to a digital platform.
About you:
- Fully qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to develop creative and effective solutions to problems.
- Exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work across multiple departments, cultures and stakeholder groups.
- Collaborative team player with motivation and drive, ability to work alone & as part of a team, accountability for own decisions and ability to accept change and look for opportunities to adapt ways of working to enhance the company profitability, sustainability and customer experience.
- Good level of IT skills, in particular MS excel, power BI & other finance systemsÂ
- Good team player with a positive can do attitude
