Audit and Accounts Manager - Southampton

Key Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 5 years of auditing experience.
- Proficient in UK accounting standards (FRS102) and auditing principles.
- Strong IT skills, including experience with Audit/Accounts software and Microsoft Office 365.
- Proven ability to lead audits, manage portfolios, and supervise teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead audit assignments, from planning to completion, while ensuring budgets and deadlines are met.
- Supervise and guide junior staff, fostering their development and technical understanding.
- Build strong client relationships, providing expert advice and timely solutions.
- Deliver high-quality audit files and statutory accounts under FRS102 frameworks.
- Contribute to business development through networking, client tenders, and industry engagement.
