This role is ideal for a motivated and technically strong individual who enjoys working closely with clients, leading audit engagements, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Managing and mentoring a team of audit professionals, supporting their development
- Reviewing audit files, providing technical insight, and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Building strong client relationships and providing advisory support where needed
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Keeping up to date with changes in accounting and audit regulations
Skills & Experience:
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- At least five years’ experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical audit knowledge and experience leading audit assignments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service
