This role is ideal for a motivated and technically strong individual who enjoys working closely with clients, leading audit engagements, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Managing and mentoring a team of audit professionals, supporting their development
  • Reviewing audit files, providing technical insight, and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Building strong client relationships and providing advisory support where needed
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Keeping up to date with changes in accounting and audit regulations

Skills & Experience:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified
  • At least five years’ experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical audit knowledge and experience leading audit assignments
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service
