Description
- Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring the highest level of service is provided at all times.
- Oversee the completion of accounting and finance tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and client service procedures.
- Facilitate communication between clients and various departments within the firm.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to enhance client relationships and revenue.
- Monitor client satisfaction and provide feedback to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to provide informed and relevant advice to clients.
Profile
A successful Client Manager should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
