Description
The key responsibilities include:
- Leading the finance, HR, and operational functions of the organization, ensuring strong governance and compliance.
- Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including statutory accounts, management accounts, and cash flow forecasts.
- Collaborating with the CEO and senior leadership to shape the business model, manage risk, and provide strategic insight.
- Overseeing payroll, tax compliance, and financial processes while supporting fundraising efforts and reporting to funders.
Profile
The successful candidate will be an ACA/ACCA qualified finance leader with experience in finance, HR, and operations, ideally within the charity or public sector.
