Exciting opportunity to join a rapidly scaling, PE backed business in search of a technically strong Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager  The business is experiencing exponential growth following their recent investment, and are now looking to develop their FP&A offering as they embark on this next chapter.

Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will manage a team and be responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely analysis, driving strategic and tactical decision making, businesses case review and corporate initiatives.

Senior FP&A Manager - Responsibilities: 

  • Financial Modelling -  develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Performance Analytics, design and implement performance analytics to monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization
  • Ownership of the Budget and forecast process for the Group
  • Lead and support transformation projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and driving business growth, principally migration of existing ERP to Cloud. Including involvement with process design, reporting outputs, and testing.
  • Transition to Power BI to create interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports that communicate key insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Performance analyse and evaluate branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimise branch operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, own and co-ordinate the production of the monthly management reporting for the Group, including Board pack and investor reporting.
  • Weekly cash flow forecast and commentary.
  • Managing a team of four

FP&A Manager - Requirements

  • We’re seeking an ambitious candidate who is technically strong, qualified CIMA, ACA or ACCA, and has experience in a relevant F P & A role
  • Experience of 3 statement modelling and working through multiple forecast cycles
  • Strong data skills with good ERP implementation and ideally Power Bi experience.
  • A confident business partner – you will be able to engage, consult, challenge and advise multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in a in a results-orientated, growth and performance driven environment is key, as is the ability to produce high quality, timely deliverables in a complex and changing environment
