  • Leadership of the finance function across your cluster (circa 3 properties), ensuring best accounting practices and control standards are in place.
  • Working alongside stakeholders such as Group Finance team and the Operational teams to continually review processes, budgets and targets… making improvements or recommendations where necessary to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Reporting, Cost Management, Forecasting in accordance with KPI requirements.
  • Competent use of Sage and Excel.

  • Experience in the financial function within hotels is essential. Multi-site experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to produce accounts to draft statutory level, reconcile and produce VAT returns, and liaise with external Auditors and other parties as required.
  • Happy to consider candidates who are either formally qualified or qualified by experience.
  • Due to the location of the hotels, it is essential that you drive and have access to your own vehicle.
