Your Role
You?ll manage and streamline the company?s financial processes, including:
- Preparing and maintaining cash flow forecasts and updates.
- Reconciling bank accounts and managing daily transactions.
- Producing debtor and creditor reports and ensuring accounts are up-to-date.
- Overseeing supplier payments, and payroll coordination.
- Providing regular financial updates and reports to the Managing Director.
- Producing P&L report & Balance sheet
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare draft end of year accounts and liaise with auditors
- VAT returns
- Leadership and mentoring of a small accounts team
What We?re Looking For
- Experience with month and year end procedures, as well as a solid transactional background (QBE or AAT qualified will be considered).
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- Proficiency with financial software (Sage experience preferred).
- AAT Qualified or similar.
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
