RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of the management team, the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Production of monthly management accounts, P&L, B/S and C/F
- Production of cash, revenue and costs reports
- Analysis of variances between actual and forecasted/budgeted performance
- Ensure timely client billing, cash settlement and ledger maintenance
- Bank and Control account reconciliations
- Purchase ledger and payment of suppliers
- Payroll analysis and processing – from bureau reports
- Attend monthly business review meetings
- Ensure finance is run to period-end timetables and all financial records are maintained in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Produce and analyse annual budgets and monthly forecasts
- Assisting with the annual audit process
IT EXPERIENCE:
Microsoft Office with Excel, Sageline 200
ATTRIBUTES:

•            Accurate, methodical and thorough
•            Strong in reconciliation work
