Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS and UK GAAP.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Monitor financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Liaise with auditors and stakeholders to ensure smooth year-end audits and compliance activities.
