Looking for a Commercially minded Head of Finance.

Qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with 3-5 years experience within a start up or high growth company.

The company has a dynamic growth strategy, with a fast-paced and social company culture.

This role will see you liaising closely with the owners. Helping them understand and shape the financial strategy required to drive growth whilst sustaining stability. So, a commercial mind-set and ability to explain “sell” the pivotal importance of financial decision making for a start-up.

They would like you to:

Provide all financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting ensuring it is accurate and on-time.

Analyse performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth.

Use your understanding of transactional accounting to identify issues and find solutions.

Be able to explain financial strategies to help achieve their goals.

Identify process improvements and the benefits that will result.

Manage a small accounts team, mentor their development and be able to advise and assist the team to ensure goals are achieved.

Monitor market trends and provide recommendations to maintain a competitive edge. 

This role is full-time. Hybrid working,  with Free parking on-site.
