What will the Accounts Payable Manager role involve?

  • Full ownership of the Accounts Payable function, ensuring smooth invoice processing, payment runs, and accurate system classification.
  • Acting as the main contact for all vendor relationships, handling queries and ensuring timely payments.
  • Managing internal expenses and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Preparing AP reporting and sharing insights with the wider business.
  • Driving process and system improvements alongside the Head of Finance to enhance efficiency.
  • Managing month-end AP processes and meeting financial reporting deadlines.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure best practices are implemented and maintained.

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Payable Manager vacancy:

  • 3+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritise effectively.
  • Comfortable with remote working and open to occasional in-person team meetings as required.
