What will the Accounts Payable Manager role involve?
- Full ownership of the Accounts Payable function, ensuring smooth invoice processing, payment runs, and accurate system classification.
- Acting as the main contact for all vendor relationships, handling queries and ensuring timely payments.
- Managing internal expenses and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Preparing AP reporting and sharing insights with the wider business.
- Driving process and system improvements alongside the Head of Finance to enhance efficiency.
- Managing month-end AP processes and meeting financial reporting deadlines.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure best practices are implemented and maintained.
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Payable Manager vacancy:
- 3+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritise effectively.
- Comfortable with remote working and open to occasional in-person team meetings as required.
