Chilworth Partnership are assisting a rapidly scaling, PE backed business in search of a technically strong Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. The business is experiencing exponential growth following their recent investment, and are now looking to develop their FP&A offering as they embark on this next chapter.

Reporting to the Finance Director, responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Design and implement performance analytics to monitor and improve KPIs across the organisation.
  • Ownership of the Budget and forecast process for the Group.
  • Lead and support transformation projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and driving business growth, principally migration of existing ERP to Cloud.
  • Transition to Power BI to create interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports that communicate key insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Performance analyse and evaluate performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimise operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, own and co-ordinate the production of the monthly management reporting for the Group, including Board pack and investor reporting.
  • Weekly cash flow forecast and commentary.
  • Managing a team of four.

You will:

  • Be technically strong, qualified CIMA, ACA or ACCA, and has experience in a relevant FP&A role.
  • Have experience of 3 statement modelling and working through multiple forecast cycles.
  • Have strong data skills with good ERP implementation and ideally Power Bi experience.
  • Be a confident business partner with ability to engage, consult, challenge and advise multiple stakeholders.
  • Have experience in a in a results-orientated, growth and performance driven environment is key, as is the ability to produce high quality, timely deliverables in a complex and changing environment.
